Technical solution
- Window frame is made of steel sections forming a sixpartite element including the window wings
- Single-chamber section of the thermal bridge is filled with polyurethane insulating compound
- Fixed sash of window filling forms heat-absorbing double-glasses (float Hmmm /20mm AL/Low E 4mm 1,1N + ARGON), ensuring U = 1,1
Surface finishing of window frames
- Base for the finishing is zinc dipping
- Final finishing is performed by powder coating (KOMAXIT)
Surface finishing ensures high resistance to both the corrosion effects and to UV radiation.
Dimensional modules of the frames including surface finishing and coating (RAL6021), for the windows exchange during building reconstructions within the Bata zone, were approved by Zlin Municipal Council, Culture Division.
